"Support Actually Felt Human"
I had a small issue with an order on Reverb and wasn’t sure what the next step was, so I reached out to support. Compared to a lot of other marketplaces where you feel like you’re shouting into the void, they got back to me way faster than I expected. It also felt like they actually read my message instead of sending some generic copy-and-paste reply. They helped work things out with the seller and kept me in the loop the whole time. Overall, it was painless, and it’s nice knowing there are real people there when something goes sideways.

"Decent Selection, Mostly"
The gear is actually good, which was a nice surprise, but I couldn’t help noticing a few bigger brands were missing. It’s a solid place to shop if you’re not too picky about having every top brand available.

I ordered a pedal on Reverb the tracking was great. I got an update as soon as it shipped and could keep an eye on where it was the whole way. It showed up exactly when it said it would, with no random delays or mystery status updates. Super simple, stress-free experience, I’d definitely use it again.

"Pretty much as described"
The guitar was pretty much what I expected from the listing. There were a couple small marks I didn’t really catch in the photos, but nothing that bothered me too much. Shipping went smoothly and it plays well. Overall I’d say the description was fair, though the wear could’ve been shown a little more clearly

I bought a used pedal the condition was close to what the seller showed in the photos. There were a few small marks I didn’t notice at first, but to be fair, nothing major at all, and the pedal works just fine. The Reverb listing was mostly accurate, so I don’t really have any serious complaints. I’m giving 4 stars only because it wasn’t completely perfect, not because there was anything really wrong with it.

"Quick scare, but easy fix"
I got a weird login alert and my first reaction was, “Oh no, here we go.” But Reverb made it really easy to reset my password and tighten everything up. Setting up 2-step wasn’t a hassle either. I feel a lot better about my account now, and so far there’s been no drama

"Legit Pedal, Slightly Weird Shipping Updates"
I picked up a used Fender pedal and was a little nervous at first because you never know with used gear and possible fakes. When it arrived, though, everything checked out: the serial looked right, the box was included, and it matched the photos exactly. I had messaged the seller with a question before buying, and they got back to me, which definitely made me feel better. The only reason I’m going with 4 stars instead of 5 is that the tracking kind of sat in limbo for a few days, and messaging through Reverb felt a little clunky. But in the end, the pedal was real, in the condition described, and I’m happy with it.

I had an issue with my order and needed a refund. It took a couple days longer than I was hoping, but support did get back to me and I ended up getting my money back. Something about it felt a little slow at first, but overall it was handled fairly.

"Packed way better than expected"
My pedal showed up in perfect shape. The box was taped up really well and had plenty of bubble wrap, so nothing was rattling around or anything. the packing was better than I expected... definitely would buy on Reverb again.

Really easy experience from start to finish. The buyer replied quickly, communicated clearly, and there was no awkward back and forth. Payment went through without any issues, and the whole transaction felt smooth and reliable. I’d definitely feel comfortable selling to them again.

"Arrived safely, but the wait felt a little suspicious"
I ordered a pedal from overseas and it did show up in good condition, so I can’t really complain too much. The tracking was mostly okay, but it randomly stopped updating for a few days, which made me wonder if it was just sitting somewhere without anyone bothering to scan it. Packaging was decent, and the seller did reply quickly when I messaged. It took longer than I was hoping, but I guess that’s part of international shipping sometimes. I’d probably use Reverb again, just with lower expectations on timing.

I bought a pedal and the whole process went smoothly. It showed up on time and was packed well, so no complaints there. The only thing that bugged me was the shipping cost, it felt a little high for something this size. Overall I’m happy, but if shipping stays that expensive, I’d probably shop around next time
